Commerce Health Consulting is led by Paul M. Berman, President & CEO who holds an MS in Experimental Psychology from State University of New York and an MS in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI).
Paul has over twenty (20) years of experience in business leadership, marketing, sales, and market research in the consumer goods, HVAC, retail, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and orthopaedic medical device industries. He has held leadership roles at Carrier Corporation (UTC), Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, J&J Medical Devices, Stryker Corporation, and Corin Group, LLC.
Paul has managed full P&Ls, including the management and oversight of multiple business functions from finance and operations to sales, marketing, HR, strategic planning, and M&A, he created and implemented national, award-winning DTC campaigns and sports marketing programs, and has expertise in business analytics and market research.
We help our clients measure and improve their business health, measure and assess the health of their markets and competitors, and develop actionable strategies and tactics to accelerate growth and increase profitability.
